At Stilo Studio, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We ship exclusively via USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping (USA): 4–5 business days after processing
Express Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days after processing

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Promotional free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly displayed on the site.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS or UPS using the provided tracking number.
