SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the products are transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Stilo Studio is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions occur directly between you and Stilo Studio. You acknowledge that Shopify is not a party to any transaction and release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
